Michael brings a wide range of sophisticated
marketing, production, building and renovation experience to
his real estate clients. In additional to working directly
with buyers, Michael is the team's in-house creative and
technical wizard. He created our signature 'audio/visual
house tours' which offer an appealing emotional presentation
of your house without the intrusiveness of traditional
virtual tours. However, where video is appropriate, Michael
shoots and edits on-air quality video.
As the Creative Director of The Real Estate Show of
Westchester, Michael edited and produced eight one-half hour
programs showcasing over one-hundred of the most beautiful
homes Sotheby's has for sale in Westchester. The show aired
on cable in 2006.
Prior to his career in real estate, Michael provided editing
and graphic services for both large and small businesses
using a Final Cut Pro edit system, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, GoLive, and Quark on PC and Mac. He has also
created websites for several clients and works with the
team's web master to insure our website is up-to-date.
Michael has professional experience in the production of
Television, Radio and Corporate Audio Visual at CBS, NBC,
ABC and Ogilvy & Mather, one of the world's largest ad
agencies.
For thirteen years Michael was the Vice President of
Eyepatch Productions, a subsidiary of O&M NY and the largest
in-house facility of its kind in the advertising industry
with billings of over $4,000,000.
Michael's building and renovation experience covers all
phases from hands-on carpentry to commercial. When O & M
moved to World Wide Plaza; Michael conceived, specified and
supervised the construction of a new $5,000,000 production
facility in raw space. After three years in planning and
construction, finished project on time and on budget.
Michael has designed and executed the renovation—including
major additions—of seven homes ranging from a NYC apartment
to three historic homes. All properties produced a
substantial ROI.
Michael has excellent client relations skills acquired at
the networks where he worked as a stage manager to set
on-air talent at ease or helping business executives through
the trauma of a video presentation. |
